100% Organic Ingredients List:

  • Yarrow - Achillea millefolium

  • Oatstraw - Avena sativa

  • Horsetail - Equsetum arvense

  • Rose - Rosa centifolia

  • Rose Hips - Rosa spp.

  • White Willow Bark - Salix alba

  • Lemongrass - Cymbopogon citratus

Directions:

For your best cup of tea, we start with spring or distilled water and boil it the "old-fashioned way", on our stovetop. While your water is boiling, using your tea ball: scoop one measure of your loose-leaf tea and place it into your favorite mug. Remove boiling water from stovetop and pour over your herbs until mug is full. Let leaves steep for 3 - 4 minutes. Any longer and the leaves start to turn bitter. Feel free to add milk or sweetener as desired. Our preference is a High-Active Raw Manuka Honey with an active 15+ or more. Local honey works really well too, especially if you fight seasonal allergies! Sip and enjoy the aromatic qualities and beneficial properties of each herb incorporated into your Noble Tea Blend. Also, please note, that herbs only used one time in a brew is not enough. You can use these herbs up to three times. Sure, the tea will get weaker with each use but there are still medicinal qualities left in those herbs.

Yarrow - Achillea millefolium L. – There are many good uses for yarrow within the bodily system, especially when we are talking about healing. Used here, its main purpose served is for the blood system. Yarrow is known as a blood purifier, it gets the blood circulating to clear out blood toxins and also fight bacteria in the blood. The body’s entire blood supply moves through the kidneys every 5 minutes. That’s pretty impressive! Your kidneys are responsible for removing toxic wastes from the body, so guess what happens when we remove toxins from our blood? We reach an optimal level of organ operation. When we put less stress on our organs, we can reach a higher level of bodily function enhancing its ability to heal faster and more naturally.

Oatstraw - Avena sativaa full-body tonic providing antioxidants and a dream for the skin. The properties of this herb provide the body with Vitamins A, D, B1, E, and also contain Calcium, Iron, Selenium, Silicon, Magnesium, and Zinc. Known for its ability to repair skin & tissue, this herb is also said to be a tonic for the body’s chi. There are many uses for Oatstraw but in an attempt to keep it short and sweet, are only referencing the specifics for this product used synergistically with all others for the purpose of clear, beautiful, skin.

Horsetail - Equisetum arvenseone of the richest source of silica for tissue repair, horsetail is one of our most prized herbs when it comes to our beloved skin, hair & nails. Horsetail is great for postmenopausal women as it is known as a full-body harmonizer. Horsetail also lends to something quite special that very few other herbs possess, magnetism. Silicon is valued for its ability to impart a special “magnetism” to the nerves, also nourishing your brain cells, eyes, hair, nails, skin, teeth and all other internal body tissue. When the body is rich in silica your skin will radiate from the inside out. That’s what we call body harmony.

Rose – Rosa centifoliaThe Queen of Flowers have a history, and a very long one at that! Roses hydrate the skin leaving it soft and dewy and also acts as an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and also as an anti-oxidative. How much more beauty can you get from one flower? As a skin revitalizer, it serves all skin types but is exceptional in the treatment of acne and acne related issues. This tonic impacts the body from the inside out making it an official MUST when related to skin.

Rose Hips - Rosa spp. What’s good for the skin is good for the soul and in the case of rose hips, that should be taken quite literally. Not only healing for the skin, it’s also good for your muscles, bones, organs and tissue. Its anti-aging effects is no joke as its actions are heavy on fighting cell damage caused by free-radicals. Not only are rose hips free-radical scavengers, but they also protect the body against them. In speaking of cellular health, rose hips not only repair the cells, but they also regenerate them. We’re not sure which is better, the healing or the fact that rose hips can make your skin gleam at the same time. We’re going to go with BOTH!

White Willow Bark - Salix albaChock-full of skin benefiting properties, White Willow gives your skin that extra little boost in the healing of skin ailments, particularly inflammation due to its levels of salicylic acid. White Willow aids in the rejuvenation of skin due to its high source of antioxidant compounds, increasing the health of your skin and reducing wrinkles and other signs of aging.

Lemongrass – Cymbopogon citratus – Helps flush harmful toxins away from the body due to its diuretic properties. It has also shown promising signs in the prevention of skin cancer which is mostly accredited to its citral component. This component is shown to potentially inhibit the growth of hepatic cancer cells during its initial phase preventing further production of cancerous cells. You can find out more about Citral and its potential to prevent the growth of cancer cells here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15931590

Additionally, lemongrass has a nice harmonizing balance within this particular blend as it lends a synergistic marriage with rose but is very versatile in both sweet & spicy. A definite win in most blends!
